Lauren Hensgens earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from the University of Louisiana. After her studies, she spent several years in Costa Rica shooting rainforests, wildlife and oceanscapes. Now back in Lafayette, Louisiana, she teaches art throughout the parish.
